My Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Jill was a little bit timid when we first pulled her out of a small rural shelter, but she has really made good progress and has been friendly to the visitors she has met since arriving at our place. She's a smart girl who quickly learned to sit for treats, and to sit and wait for her food bowl to be put down. Because we are currently so crowded with dogs, we haven't been able to move Jill inside the house. She lives outside mostly, with access to our garage for shelter. The only time we have had her in a crate is during transport, and she has behaved OK then. We would love to find a foster home for Jill where she could make the transition to living inside the house. Jill looks like she might be a Great Pyrenees/Lab mix, or possibly an Akbash mix, but that's just our guess. She was picked up as a stray in a rural area so we don't know anything about her history. What we DO know is that she is very sweet, loves attention from her people, and deserves to have a home where she will get all the love and attention she can handle. If Jill's sweet face looks like one you want to have in your life, please complete the application on our website and we'll be glad to schedule a time for you to meet this pretty girl!
