Let me tell you a bit about myself: Special Needs: Temperament:Dogs: I like dogs male or female but would prefer a home with more submissive and that aren't so high energy that are my size or larger. I prefer a more chill friend. I would also do just fine being an only dog. Cats: I'm okay with them. Children: I love kids Strangers: I'm good with strangers too. Training Needs: Crate Trained: I do ok in a crate but not a fan. Potty Trained: Yes Activity Preferences: I'm playful and love going for walks, but I also enjoy just laying around and getting belly rubs. Every once in awhile I get the zoomies and will run circles in the yard. Ideal Forever Home: I'd thrive in a home where I'm loved and given the time to learn my manners. I'm only a year old, so I still have some puppy behaviors. A family who understands my needs and is patient with my training would be perfect for me. Cute Things About Me: I'm very sweet and love attention. If you sit on the floor with me, I'll lay on your lap and try to roll over for belly rubs. I like going for car rides, walks, and love attention and just sitting by my person.I have the sweetest puppy eyes and a wiggle that will melt your heart when I'm excited. She/He is currently located in Chicago's southwest suburbs and can be seen by appointment once an adoption application is completed and approved by the rescue. We cannot hold our dogs for any reason. Unless the dog or puppy is fully vetted we will only consider applications that are within 1 hour or 40 miles of Lemont, IL. This is due to the required vetting at our partner veterinarians. If the dog or puppy is fully vetted we will allow adoptions out of state or outside of our 1 hour or 40 mile restriction. Please do not apply unless you are ready to meet and welcome a new companion into the home within five days of approval. ADOPTION FEE: $350 (includes spay/neuter must be done when the rescue schedules it at one of our partner vets, microchip, rabies vaccine, DHPP vaccine, 4DX test (Heartworm, Anaplasmosis, Ehrlichia, Lyme Disease ) and a general wellness which includes dewormer, heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention) Interested?
