Jo is a sweet little gal that is loving life in her foster home. She has not always known the love of humans and is working on learning to trust again. She loves nothing more than gentle belly scritches and soaking up love!

Jo is a shorter, stockier beagle that weighs about 35 pounds. She is a dominant girl and would do best as an only dog. Also, she is still learning her canine manners and, for this reason, would do better in a home without kids or older kids (i.e., older than 10).

Jo is very sweet, loves to ride in the car, and is totally doggie-door/ and house/ trained. Her foster mom says she loves go for walks and is the best dog on a leash that she has ever walked - doesn't get distracted, keeps her attention on you, etc.

is a great companion dog - perfect for a single person or couple who are around a lot.

This dog's adoption fee is a minimum $175 donation to help us save more dogs. SoAZBR is an all-volunteer group. One hundred percent of your donation is used for the care and treatment needy beagles. Your donation is 100 percent tax deductible, too.
