If your application is approved it is required that you bring our spay/neutering contract to a veterinarian of your choice to pre-pay its spay/neuter and have your veterinarian sign the contract. Bring this completed form with you when you come to pick up your new pet! If the animal is already spayed or neutered, and your adoption application has been approved, all you need to pay for is the adoption fee! ($25 for puppies and dogs, $15 for kittens and cats).
