400 DAYS IN FOSTER O APPLICATIONS Someone needs to give him a chance. They will see this loving, goofy boy who is just scared to be hurt again. Imagine being Joe… Once in a home then the next minute in a highly rural shelter. Then OVER a year later, you are still in foster care!! Unfortunately a few foster homes since no one ever plans on fostering for that long…so you go where you are asked to go. Not 1 application. Not 1 click on petfinder. Still searching for love & his human Joe is who he is. He would rather sunbathe for hours and tan his golden skin than do any type of crazy leash activity, like walking!! He needs a home where he’ll get some exercise but he’s pretty low key. He prefers running around in a yard or fenced area to a leash. His recall is fabulous! Joe is just that dog who is amazing in a house, and one with a backyard. He’s just unsure of the world when he goes outside (and in a way we can’t blame him). He’s a homebody. He’s good with dogs.
