Joey is as cute as a button. He came into our care from a very neglectful situation. Joey had spent his entire life locked inside a run down outside homemade dog lot that had No gate to even enter or exit. Joey had spent several years in that lot with no human contact, no veterinary care, and without food or water on many days. Joey is living his best life with Happy Hills Animal Foundation, Inc. enjoying the attention of caring volunteers and shelter staff. Joey is a very shy boy but he would love to find a family to spend his life with. Joey takes a daily thyroid tablet to maintain health.
