Jones was found with a prong collar, tethered to a railing by a short leash. We promised him that he would be safe and it didn't take long for Jones to show us what a sweet man he was. Jones loves butt scratches and belly rubs, he's a cuddler. He loves playing with toys and getting treats. Jones is dog friendly.
