Josh is a long haired chihuahua whos about 8 years old and 7 lbs. Hes a very sweet little guy but very shy and still unsure of himself. Hes been gaining confidence every day in his foster home. Hes very affectionate and likes being held but is timid about coming up to people. Hes nervous about doors and stairs so will need help getting inside and outside to go potty, at least at first.
Josh is good with cats and dogs and very easy going. He would do best in a quieter home with another small dog to help him get more confidence. Josh also requests that his new owners let him sleep in bed with them, mainly because he gets lonely and thats his favorite time to cuddle.
Josh is fully vetted and recently had all but 6 teeth removed. He is about 90% potty trained but needs continued reinforcement. He loves having his person/people around but does fine in the house left alone with other pets. Josh is available for adoption today!
