He will melt into a puddle for bellyrubs. He is an easy-going and well-behaved companion who will likely do well in any home ready to teach him the ropes of puppyhood! Junior is a medium energy, where he loves to frolick in the grass and then crash hard with a nap for hours. He gets along well with other dogs and would likely be fine with or without a canine sibling. Junior has interacted well with another cat in the home, so he'd likely be fine with a dog-savvy cat sibling in the home due to his friendly disposition. He interacted well with kids while down south and his mild temperament will likely do well with another kid in the home. He is a smart boy who is learning all the basic commands. Junior is crate-trained and house-trained. Junior is crated occasionally during the day and overnight without any issues. He may whimper for a minute or two when you get ready to leave but settles quickly. He has had minimal accidents since coming north and thrives on being taken out on a regular schedule and routine. He is working on his leash skills, as he hasn't had much experience, and will look to you for extra guidance and reassurance as he navigates his new environment.
