Meet Justin! Justin is brand new to the shelter, and we believe that he is a young Lab/Shepherd mix, probably under a year old. Justin was found as a stray with his companion Hailey. They are a bonded pair, and therefore are ideally looking for a home together. Justin is a silly, goofy young pup with a lot of playful energy. But at the same time, he really depends on Hailey's company for comfort -- he gets a little anxious when she's not nearby.
