Kadin was a transfer from a small community where there is no shelter and the strays go to the local vet clinic. It's apparent that this nice boy has been neglected in the past as Kadin is extremely underweight. He will be going to a foster home for some TLC and then will be ready for a new home. Despite the lack of basic care like just regular feeding Kadin is all heart and eager to move on to a brighter future with someone that will truly care for him the way he deserves.
