Kaleigh and Bronagh are 4yo (5 in July) spayed purebred Irish Wolfhounds in need of a new home. Their owner is concerned that her own health will fail and she wants to see the dogs safely in new homes, although there is no emergency or hurry. Both have basic training, have been outdoor dogs, sleep in the garage in the winter. They are intellegent and very companionable; gentle stroking works but tummy rubs are preferred. They are housetrained, have been good with cats and children but are very large dogs and would inadvertently knock down a child just walking by. They do not jump on people however. They respect their present 4' fence, have a very large area to exercise, do not bark, per se, but howl at sirens. Kaleigh is the smaller and more friendly; Bronagh is a little more reserved around strangers but not for long.
