COURTESY POST
This is Karma. We are contacted by a woman his daughter is a cereal terrible dog owner. She got Karma as a puppy, and she is approximately a year to a year and a half old now. She's never been to a vet, is still intact, and the last straw was when Karma had no dog food and haven't for several days, and the daughter was supposed to leave for half hour errand and has now been gone for 3 days. Despite being pretty neglected, Karma is trained pretty well. She does pull on a leash and she seems selective with dogs, she plays with the males down the road and other dogs she's met, but I took my dog Betty to meet her who's a big sweet lump and she reacted not favorably to Betty. The woman said that's the first time she seen that. She's very gentle taking treats she knows a few commands, she's gorgeous, but she's had no vetting whatsoever. She's approximately 50 pounds or so. Not stocky like a pit more long and leggy. The mom just wants to get Karma away from the daughter because she knows what will happen. She's in heat right now which is why she's wearing a diaper in some of the pictures. The mom is trying to be really careful and keep her indoors when she can't watch her. The daughter hasn't bought food for her for about a week so the mom was feeding her cat food which is all she had, and they have no transportation and no money so I took her dog food yesterday. Karma's owner was supposed to be gone for a half hour and it's been 3 days so obviously doesn't care about this animal and it would be best if we could get her out of there. There is no adoption fee, but you will be required to get her to bed and vaccinated. If you live in Colorado we may be able to hire a trainer to help you help Karma. Located in the Cortez Colorado area. Please call or text 505-427-0928. Thank you.
