My Story

Kate (DOB 3/12/23) is the cutest 19 pound, wire-haired terrier mix. She has pep in her step and has a happy-go-lucky personality without a care in the world. She has done well on a leash. She likes to hang out with her friend Joanna as she waits for her adopter. Unfortunately, Kate did test positive for heartworm. The ARK will cover the cost of treatment. Please ask the adoption desk about heartworm or heartworm treatment if you have any questions.
