Kati

Kati is incredibly sweet and loving! She is a 9-year-old Terrier mix who is a FAST learner. She knows a few basic commands since foster placement. She LOVES to learn! She has the cutest ear that flops over slightly and gives her such character. Kati enjoys car rides and spending time outdoors…she is a “Sun Goddess”! She’ll even move from where she is sitting or laying in order to follow the sun and be out of the shade. Kati enjoys sitting in the grass and just looking around. She gets along with all dogs and can hold her own despite her size. It’s called, “I’m hanging with the BIG dawgs!” She LOVES dog beds with the puffy, rolled sides. Kati curls right up against the rolls and snuggles in. Kati's ideal family would be with someone who is a stay-at-home worker, retired, or that can bring her to work with them. Kati takes time to get to know new people, but once she does, she is all in! She has hesitancy around men and tends to bark and back away from them or totally avoid them. Kati is very fearful of sudden movements and loud noises. Kati would be best suited with kids who are older and understand her needs. She is a velcro dog and LOVES being with her people. Kati is crate trained and almost completely housebroken. She is available for adoption in the Northeast.
