Please say hello to Katie, a sweet little gem of a pup who needs a forever home where she will have her own family!
She was rescued from the Duplin County shelter and is such a gentle, humble girl. Now at 13 months and 52 pounds, she is a good size and will make a great companion to anyone who loves dogs. Katie gets along so well with other dogs and she is also living with a cat and wants to be friends. Katie is also good with children, currently living with a two-year-old and a six-year-old.
She's a little shy when she meets new people but comes out of her shell after a day or so and becomes a delightful companion!
Katie is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, dewormed and heartworm negative. She is currently on heartworm and flea prevention and is very healthy. She's so easy going that she fits in well in almost any home environment but will benefit greatly if she has a fenced in yard.
