Meet Kayak, a sweet and loving 4-year old hound mix girl. Kayak was abandoned by the lake and found by a good Samaritan who was going kayaking, hence how she got her name. Kayak attached herself to her savior and she just couldn’t leave her behind. She absolutely loves to give great kisses and has come a long way learning not to pull when walking on a leash. Kayak is dog selective, preferring larger, more mellow dogs (no small dogs or cats) but she wouldn't mind being the only dog either. She is shy with men at first meeting, but once she know you, she is fine. Also scared of fireworks and popping noises like that.
