This ones a Keeper!! This handsome, frosty- faced gentleman is definitely the kind of guy that youll love at first sight and want to have in your life forever!! Keeper was surviving on his own in a neighborhood for several weeks before some kind people enticed him with tasty treats. During his stay with them he was described as being very sweet. He loves toys and car rides and knows sit. While in the shelter Keeper has been gentle and polite on leash and an overall charming kind of guy. Heres what some of his friends have said: I find Keeper to be an easily trained dog. Hes smart and treat motivated and he knows sit and shake. He only pulls on leash when he picks up a particularly enticing smell that he wants to investigate. He is getting very good at the leave it command. I can set treats in view, tell him to leave it, and he will. He makes great eye contact. He`s such a pleasure to walk and he enjoys his training and affection. Keeper is a nice and polite dog! He greeted me with a big smile and wagging tail and sat as soon as I entered the kennel. He walked beautifully in the park and was attentive to me. He sat several times for treats and gave me the biggest smile for pictures. I can`t wait to walk this good boy again. Keeper is surprisingly agile for an old man so needs a safe, secure yard in his future home. Hes been social, tolerant, playful, and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup.
