Hi, I'm Kelly! I was rescued in a terrible state, I was famished, and one of my eyes was severely injured, which is why I had to have surgery to remove it. My whole treatment was possible thanks to the donations we received for my case.
In the beginning, my foster home decided to keep me, but soon after they realized they did not have the resources to do so, thus, I was re-entered the program. Luckily, there was another foster home that was able to take me in.
I'm known for being active, so I enjoy walks or playing with toys and bones. I'm very affectionate and get along with other dogs and children with no issues, I also wouldn't have any problems with elders since I don't tend to jump on people.
The only questionable behavior is that anything can be a chewing toy, so if I don't have any of my toys available I will substitute it with any other object.
Since being a young dog I have gone to talks about how to be a responsible pet owner, and, although I behave very well with the kids, it is time to find a family of my own, I only want love!
