Kelsey

Kelsey is a sweet, 2-year-old girl with oh so much love to give. The shelter environment was making her a little nervous, but she's transitioned amazingly well to her foster home and is truly blossoming! She does very well in her crate, especially if she has something tasty to work on. Kelsey is house trained and food motivated, so she is eager to learn new tricks! Kelsey can be a little shy meeting new people and prefers to take things slow, but with a little patience, once you get to know each other she wants nothing more than to snuggle on the couch, give lots of kisses, and occasionally prance around the room showing off one of her toys. She is currently sharing the home with a senior dog and is very respectful when he's feeling too tired to play, but it seems like she'd enjoy a doggy sibling to romp with! She loves being outside, chasing toys, rolling in the grass, and supervising all of your garden projects. This precious girl deserves a forever best friend, so reach out if you think that might be you! Kelsey has been at the shelter for over 30 days. We want our longer stay dogs to find a forever home quickly, so her ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! Kelsey is currently living in a foster home.
