With that pouty face and those eyes, Kelvin is simply irrestible! 3 year old Kevlin was found as a lost dog but we think he lived with a family at some point because he's VERY well trained! Sit, paw and down are all in his wheel house of commands he has under his sleeve! Kelvin would LOVE a family with kids to play with, he adores people and kids alike!
Kelvin is a very affectionate dude, he's always showing that he loves us! Kelvin's smooches are unbeatable. He really likes personal 1 on 1 time with his favorite people here at the shelter. Kelvin seems like he would be better suited to being the only pet in his next home.
