KEMPER is a gorgeous chocolate lab and is the sweetest dog ever!!! KEMPER was rescued from a shelter where his fate was imminent. KEMPER gets along with everyone(although he has not been around cats) and he especially loves his foster brothers and his foster mom-wanting to be with her at all times. Although KEMPER is a dream, he does have his own ideas about what he does and does not have to do!! KEMPER thinks he does not have to go in a kennel(he will break out no matter the cost) and he also must go to a home that has a secure privacy fence because KEMPER has easily climbed the fence on numerous occassions to find his foster mom when she was not readily available to him!! KEMPER also tested positive for limes disease when he was rescued. He took medication for this and shows no signs of the disease at this time. The adoption fee is $90. No adoptions outside a 100 mile radius of Cedar Rapids.
