Kendal, a five year old male, is a sweetheart with humans of all ages as well as dogs. At adoption events, he has been looked over, but we're unsure why. Quiet in his kennel and kind, he waits for a perfect home! Kendal has underwent heartworm treatment in the past, and he is a favorite among the grandchildren in his foster family. He is more of a couch potato than wildly running and playing. He is crate, house, and leash trained. A secure fence will benefit his safety. Adoptions of large dogs over 20 lbs. must have a fully fenced-in yard, so they can have ample play off-leash, safely. For adopters, all pets within the home must be current on heartworm prevention, vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and on flea prevention, as our humane society has put forth all vetting to ensure our adoptable is safe and healthy for your family. In one heartworm-positive pet's kennel, 7 of 10 mosquitoes will be heartworm positive, thus it is important to ensure pets' safety.
