Keto's breed mix is just a guess. She is about 15lbs, about 5 yrs old, neutered, up to date on shots, and microchipped.
She was found roaming in a city with two other small dogs and they seemed to be very familiar with each other, may have all been dumped together. They were all fearful of strangers and new dogs but showed much improvement within a week and after 2 weeks in their CT foster home they were happier and friendlier.
After 4 weeks Keto has become much more brave with new people and plays better with new dogs. A nice walk with her and a few treats will win her over quickly. Give her some time and she will fall in love with you and will love to cuddle next to you on the sofa.
She will not do well in an apartment settting, she barks when new people enter, other than that she is usually quiet.
