Kevin was walking on someone's property, and they shot him. A lady heard and he ran towards her direction so she got him. He was then taken to the pound in Logan, WV. where he sat for months with nobody claiming him... until Cross Your Paws pulled him.
Kevin is approx. 3-4 years old. He is a purebred English Redtick Coonhound. After consulting with some long time hunters, it is believed he is a trained hunting dog as well!
He is already neutered, up-to-date on all his shots, and ready to find his forever home!
He is dog friendly, would be best with older kids as he is large and medium-high energy, and he can jump! So a 6 ft privacy fence is needed.
He does great at home, likes toys, and is SO loving!!! He definitely still needs to learn some leash manners and is working on it, but is doing well with learning commands and seems very smart & adaptable!
