Welcome to foster, Kevlar! Kevlar has come to us from a shelter in Ohio and is settling in his foster home in VA. After a few weeks, we are certain of one thing- he is PERFECT. The vet is estimating his age between 7-8. He's a big guy- weighing in at 161 pounds but we'd like to see a little less fluff and a little more muscle. He is weak in the hind end, arthritic and out of shape so he is currently going to PT twice a week and is receiving librela shots. We will have a clearer idea by the beginnng of September what his long term care plan will need to be for his mobility. In the meantime, he is getting all the love, attention and care a guy could want from his foster family.
