Keywest is a 6 year old male, 7.4 lb, black and white chihuahua. He was found as a stray the day after the two senior chihuahuas were found. His owner never claimed him either. It is possible he is one of Dewdrop's pup from a previous litter as they look a lot alike and the owners of the three dogs all had the same last name. SAIN just took him in so we are still learning about him regarding house training, etc... He currently wears a belly band with free to roam house. He was scared in the noisy kennel but warmed up to staff. He is fully vetted and getting his dental cleaning on 7/31/24. Keywest currently wears a belly band with free to roam house. He spent his first night in his new foster home in his crate and did very well. He is timid when meeting people at first but warms up. He will need to develop confidence with people. When you take it slow, he quickly warms up. He loves to snuggle with his foster mom, even on the very first day.
