Hi I'm Kiara! I am about a year old and 45lbs. I came in from Puerto Rico in September of 2022. I am very nervous of new people at first, but with time and patience, I really am such a lovebug! I would cuddle and give kisses all day. I am a strong puller and still pretty scared on leash, so I would prefer a home with a fenced in yard. I also love other dogs, big and small!
