Kiba just breaks our hearts! This sweet senior is 12 years old and was surrendered to the shelter when his people were moving. He didn't understand why he couldn't go, too. Kiba didn't have great care when he was with his family and rarely saw a vet. He has already had a full check-up with one of our awesome vets and will be getting a dental soon, as Kiba has dental disease that will need taken care of. He also has some muscle loss in his back legs and is about 15 pounds overweight. He is on a special food to get some excess weight off, as that will help make him more comfortable. He has also started a joint support supplement. Paw Pals will pay for all of his medical/dental procedures until he is adopted. Kiba is good with other dogs and is already neutered and housebroken. He needs a soft place to land, and a cement floor is not it. We would love to find his foster to adopt home quickly (or even a foster home who will let him hang out with them while we get him healthy).
