Sweet Kiki had been living the street life for three long years. She slept on the porch of an abandoned house in Missouri City, TX, where she had two litters of puppies. Her freedom ride out of there was a mixture of fear and wonder. She was very brave to get into the car and before long she was sitting up watching out of the windows, tail wagging.
Kiki's foster parents have a 3 acre fenced yard for exploring, where she has loved watching the deer, and lounging in the sun. She does well on a leash and after two accidents in the house, she has quickly learned to be house trained, and can now be trusted to be loose in the house overnight, and when her fosters are away.
Kiki also understands the word “no” when given in a quiet warning, and while she is still a little shy at times, she is quickly becoming playful, loving, and affectionate. She does well with other dogs, but is wary when first meeting one. However, her sweet personality quickly takes over once she learns that the new arrival is not a threat.
Kiki is now ready to meet her new forever person or family! She weighs 58 lbs, and is around 3 years old.
