King needs rescue asap. He is a pure bred Husky. He is approx 2 yrs young. He is very sweet & affectionate. We are searching for a foster home or perm home. His present owners are not taking care of him. He is tied to their fence with no shelter. He is in a parish with a very bad animal control division that will not do anything. A neighbor is keeping him alive by providing him food & water. It is a very sad situation. The present owners said they will give up the pet.
