Meet Kingman, a delightful seven-year-old Bull Terrier weighing 52 pounds. This friendly and intelligent boy enjoys solving treat puzzles and picking up new skills. Kingman's favorite pastime is playing with stuffed toys, which he loves to carry around in his mouth. While he enjoys a good game of fetch, he’s still working on mastering the "drop it" command. Despite his fondness for toys, Kingman isn’t possessive and happily shares them. Kingman is quite the scholar when it comes to treats—he already knows how to sit and is eager to learn more. His attentive nature makes him an excellent candidate for further training. Walking on a leash is a breeze with Kingman; he doesn’t pull and enjoys his strolls. He’s excited when he sees other dogs but remains calm and non-reactive. As a Guardian Angel dog, Kingman has an adoption fee of $225. This special status not only highlights his desirability but also helps support other rescues with special needs, be it medical or behavioral, or those who have been in the shelter longer. The adoption fee includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Kingman is ready to be a wonderful companion to a loving home. Adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm by appointment.
