It’s sometimes so hard to put into words how amazing a dog is when they have quirks. We love quirks, it’s what makes them special.
Meet Kingston!! Kingston is 3-4, has had formal training, is house trained, large crate trained, walks decently on leash, takes treats gently, gives great kisses! Kingston currently lives with 2 beagles and does great with them, however he does prefer some dogs over others so we would be sure to do a meet and greet with your current dogs to ensure he’s a good fit!
Kingston has skin issues and needs monthly meds and food free of the things he’s allergic to. He has also had sporadic seizure activity and may possibly need to go on medication in the future if they increase.
We recommend Kingston be placed in a home with sturdy children over 10. Kingston is a big boy that doesn’t know his size. We recommend Kingston not be a good first dog, but a wonderful guy for someone with some experience.
Unfortunately, Kingston hasn’t been shown much interest and we just don’t understand. If Kingston was already your dog you would take his quirks in stride, it’s just Kingston. You would know he is so amazing and you would fall completely in love. We encourage you to meet him, spend time with him and give him a chance. He really does deserve a wonderful forever family that sees what his foster family and all of us see… a sweet, handsome goofball that wants nothing more than to please his people. ??
