Meet Kira! She is a young adult Siberian Husky female maybe just under 1 yr old. She is a little skittish meeting new people so needs a slow introduction. She has beautiful blue eyes. Estimated weight is about 40 lbs. Would not recommend with young kids in the home, and an experienced husky dog owner would be preferred.
Please call the Ashland County Dog Shelter at 419 289-1455 to schedule a meet and greet! Adoption hours are Tuesday-Friday 8am to 6pm. Hours may vary on holiday weeks.
Each $175 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, current dog license, heartworm test, microchip, collar and leash.
All dogs are listed as spayed/ neutered indicating that will be done as part of the adoption process if not already done at the time of posting. **Most shelter dogs are difficult to classify as house-trained or not due to they often have to wait long times between potty breaks**
