Do you like holding hands? Kiran sure hopes that you do! This 4 year old chocolate lab mix is so lovable, sweet & affectionate and he LOVES to hold hands with his foster mom. It's very cute! He also enjoys cuddles before bedtime & giving kisses (What can we say? Chocolates ARE sweet)! This 68 lbs. boy is trustworthy out of a crate at all times, is housetrained and does not bark in the house. He is learning many commands at his foster home like sit, paw, off, come and down (have you watched his video??). Kiran is smart, treat motivated and eager to please, so training him has not been tough. He is still working on not jumping on new people (he just loves meeting everyone), so older children only, please. Kiran's favorite thing to do is go on long walks and he is good walking on a leash with a Gentle Leader. He gets along with other dogs but likes to chase flies in the house and small critters that come into the yard, so no cats for this guy! ADOPTION FEES: $495 non-refundable adoption fee for all vet expenses (spay/neuter, shots, etc.) and transportation to ensure your lab gets to you in a safe, professional manner. All fees may be paid using PayPal, cashier's checks, or money orders. Labs4rescue does not accept personal checks for adoption fees. All adopters must pay their Labs4rescue adoption fee prior to the rescue shipping their dog. Residents of Massachusetts or New Hampshire are required to pay an additional $125 fee, which defrays the cost of their state's mandatory 48 hour isolation and examination by a licensed veterinarian.
