Hey, I'm KIRBY! I'm BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to be transparent; I got adopted and I am being returned. I just don't know what happened but it was just not the right home for me. I was too nervous and didn't settle like I should have, and didn't like being crated. I am going to need a home that will be patient with me while I adjust again. I am really a good boy but I guess I have a few querks! I prefer not being left alone for too long, so a family that's home and around a lot would be perfect for me. I absolutely love other dogs, so having a friend to play with would be awesome. If you don't have another dog, that's okay, as long as you can take me for some doggy playdates! I don't understand why someone didn't want me before and abandoned me, and I am sad that my last family who adopted me a few months ago didn't work out. I just want to be loved, and I'm eager to spend the rest of my life being adored by a family that will take care of me. I might be a little shy at first, especially with very small children, so it is best that I am not in a home with littles (young children)! I can get a bit nervous, which causes me to be a little "nippy". Strangers coming into the home makes me very protective, so again, I need a home where I can decompress and meet new people in the proper manner - I don't mean to "nip" but I don't understand how else to react.
