Please meet adorable Kirby! Kirby was rescued from BARC (the city pound). Isn't he precious? Kirby is a 20-pound, approximately 1-year-old Tibetan Terrier mix. The pictures make him look MUCH bigger than he actually is, because he feels light as a feather when you pick him up.
Kirby is a very sweet boy and is pretty quiet for a young dog. He loves soft toys that squeak and bones to chew on. He is close to being housebroken (he is great downstairs and only seems to have issues when he is upstairs). He gets along great with other dogs and is curious about kitties (although he does not chase them). Kirby loves to go for walks and is very good on the leash. He wants to make friends with everyone on the walks (people and dogs). He is also good in the car. Kirby has the most adorable trait of speaking to you when he wants something. It's not a bark but it really sounds like he wants to talk. It's really funny.
Kirby LOVES company, so we think he would be ideal with another dog or in a home where his human won't leave him too much. Kirby is up to date on his vaccinations, is neutered, and is microchipped.
