Meet Kirby! Kirby is a sweet love-bug that is hoping to find a home soon! He loves everyone he meets and is a huge cuddle bug. Kirby is house trained and crate trained. He likes kiddos and would do well with another dog upon a slow introduction. He needs a home with no cats. Kirby has a chronic limp that has been x-ray'd with nothing abnormal found. We think he was born with a slight leg malformation which causes him to limp randomly. It does't cause him pain and in general he is a very happy pup that would hope to be able to be in a loving home soon! The NAWS Dog Adoption Program operates as a rescue versus a shelter. We believe in matching the right dog with the appropriate family based on each specific dog or family's needs. To achieve this, we believe in spending the appropriate amount of time with each family to allow for enough interaction time with potential adopters. This cannot be achieved if people stop by unexpectedly to meet our dogs.
