Kit is a five-year-old female who weighs 75 pounds. She loves her people, loves hikes, and is great both off- and on-leash (no pulling!). She emits a calm, gentle energy that dogs and humans alike can feel.
Kit's former foster says: "She is a huge cuddle bug and loves toys and LOVES TO PLAY FLETCH! Kit is a clear communicator with humans and K-9s alike. Even though she loves her play time, she can settle down fairly quickly. She is a total sweetheart."
Kit is one of three canine "siblings" who tragically lost their loving mom. They were living an active life in the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains enjoying long hikes and other outdoor adventures. Their person, Heidi lived for her dogs. She fostered and adopted from Milo, helping others find homes. Now it is Milo's turn to find Kit a loving home.
Kit is patiently awaiting her forever home at our Pt. Richmond location.
