Kiya was found by a good samaritan after being hit by a car and left on the side of the road on February 8, 2023. She was pregnant and went into labor prematurely. Sadly, 2 of the babies did not survive, but Kiya has healed completely and the 3 surviving babies are doing well and are adopted! It is momma's turn now.
Kiya has been in foster for almost a year now and just turned 2 years old. She is sweet, playful, great with kids and will not grow any more. She loves walks, catching balls, running in the back yard, and being with her people. She craves your attention and approval and would be an awesome ONLY dog. Kiya would likely do well with a mature calmer dog such as a lab too. She loves bull horns and hard hollow bones. Kiya needs an active family and deserves to be loved for the beautiful, brave survivor she is!
