My Story

Knox is a 3 year old Labrador retriever mix..He weighs 58 lbs. He came in with Sweet Miley as an owner surrender. Knox is scheduled to get neutered in the very near future. He will be available for adoption after that. We are still learning about Knox as he just arrived. We look forward to sharing more information about this handsome boy as we uncover it. Knox is also heartworm positive.. He has just started a pre-treatment program that will prepare him for the actual treatment in 30 days. HCHS will be covering the cost of the treatment .. You can visit him at the city of Waverly Animal shelter during regular business hours Monday and Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 8 AM and 1 PM After hours by appointment on Monday and Fridays from 4:30 to 6 PM other days of the week between 1:30 PM and 3:30 pm . send us a message to schedule an after hours appointment.
