He is a high energy boy who needs a home that can provide him with proper exercise and mental stimulation. He knows basic commands like sit, shake and down. Kobe is very food motivated so there is no telling what you can teach him! Kobe struggles with some leash reactivity and will need an experienced owner that will take the time to train him into the best canine citizen. Kobe may do best as the only dog.
