My name is Koda and I am four years old. I appear to be a rottweiler mix, but the staff isn't 100% certain about that.
I have come a long way since I first arrived here. I lived in a less-than-desirable situation before the Stray Haven team rescued me. I was nervous and scared of everything. The staff worked to restore me to good health, and I feel so much better. After receiving lots of love and excellent care I am ready for a new home.
I still experience some nervousness but I'm learning to trust people and the world around me. Because of this, I would do best in a home with older children. I need people who are patient and understanding and who can help me continue to gain confidence and feel safe.
I haven't seen much of the outside world yet, but I'm ready to find a loving family to show me how good life can be.
