Meet Kody? Kody is a charming Dashalier (Dachshund/King Charles Cavalier mix) he was born on July 3, 2023. He weighs approximately 18 pounds. Despite his small stature, Kody exudes boundless puppy energy, embodying the spirit of a spunky and sometimes clumsy adolescent. This playful boy adores the company of other dogs and children, thriving in environments where he can engage in spirited play and make lasting connections. Kody would flourish in a home with another playful dog close to his size, where they can romp around together in a fenced yard, which would be an added bonus for this energetic goofball. Kody's love for toys knows no bounds, especially when they emit satisfying squeaks?Though he may have a knack for unintentional chaos AKA "bull in a china shop," Kody's heart is as big as his playful spirit. He adapts well to training and responds positively to guidance, showcasing his willingness to learn and grow. Despite facing challenges as an epileptic, Kody has shown remarkable resilience. Initially experiencing 6 to 10 seizures daily upon rescue, he has made tremendous progress, with his seizures now reduced to 1-3 weekly, sometimes even less. With the diligent administration of three medications, Kody's condition is managed effectively. He takes his medications without any difficulty. It's crucial for Kody's continued well-being that he remains on his medications post adoption.
