Lacy will be living in Des Moines, IA!

Lacy arrived in foster care with a bladder stone. The stone was removed and after recovering, Lacy feels so much better now and is very happy! Lacy is about 10 pounds and loves people. She sits up and waves her paws at you for attention. Lacy needs a home with someone who has plently of time to pamper her!.

Lacy is a very gentle 6 year old yorkie/maltese mix. She would prefer a quiet home where someone is home a lot. Lacy does submissive pee when you first meet her but soon will warm up and not submissive pee. She needs an understanding owner in this area. Lacy is a sweet, darling little dog who has been in foster care for a long time and needs a good home!

Lacy is spayed, utd shots, kennel cough vaccinated, heartworm tested and had a dental cleaning. Her adoption donation is $125. We require an adoption application, references, adoption contract and home visit. We only adopt to families in SD, MN, NE, ND, IA.

If you are out of state, it does take time to process your application and find a home visitor from another rescue to do your visit. Please be SERIOUS about adopting a dog from our rescue before submitting an application.

The application is the first step. After we receive and approve a completed application, we will schedule a home visit.

Almost Home is run from foster homes. We have no facility for the public to come in and view pets.

We do not ship our dogs.
