Her journey with us began when she and her sister, Luciana, found themselves in need of a second chance. Through the ups and downs of being surrendered, living in an overcrowded shelter in South Carolina, and then making the journey up north to start her new life, Lady has proven to be a true testament to the unwavering spirit of dogs and their capacity for boundless love. This delightful dog has a heart as big as her soulful eyes, and her love truly knows no bounds. Lady has an enchanting way of captivating the hearts of people of all ages. Whether she's showering you with affectionate kisses or stealing a moment to cuddle, Lady is a true love and people-pleaser. Her zest for life is contagious, bringing a sense of warmth and joy to those lucky enough to cross her path. Lady is not only a social butterfly with humans, but she also shares an incredible camaraderie with fellow pups (she immediately hit it off with her two foster siblings and became fast friends). Her playful nature and friendly demeanor make her the life of the doggy party, ensuring that every day is an adventure filled with tail wags and shared laughter. She is a tug of war champ and loves to play wrestle in the yard before snuggling with her foster siblings. Lady's friendship extends beyond the canine realm, as she has also proven to be a friend to feline companions, further showcasing her versatility and adaptability. Lady is currently living in a wonderful foster home in CT where she is thriving, patiently waiting for her turn to be embraced by a loving family forever family. She is house trained and is great with basic commands (sit, stay, shake/paw, etc.).
