Ladybug played in playgroup session with both males and females. It was observed that she may take advantage of less confident dogs or puppies and will likely need a confident, secure, male playmate. Ladybug is a delightful female dog who can't wait to explore the world with you. She gets excited in her kennel and may show some reactivity to other dogs, but she walks nicely without pulling on the leash. Ladybug takes treats gently and adores belly rubs and cuddles. If you're looking for a loving, adventurous and confident companion, Ladybug is the perfect match! Although she is heartworm positive, it is treatable and not contagious. Friends of Wake County Animal Center has provided a $400 sponsorship to help cover the cost of treatment.
