Lake Chester

Say hello to Lake Chester Aka Lakers! The girls have plenty of other nick names for him but the list would never end! Lake Chester is 1.5 years old and a Pitbull/ Chesapeake mix, when lake first came to us he was a pretty shy guy, and we believe he didn't have the kindest upbringing. Since being here Lakers has really blossomed into a kind and gentle friend. He loves little kids ,and has never attempted to jump on them when they have come to visit the shelter. He really enjoys other dogs who will play with him but then can settle down and just relax and sun bathe with him. His best buddy just found a home and he's a little sad he doesn't have his play mate anymore. We have not introduced him to cats yet although he has sniffed them through the cat doors and they don't seem to bother him to much. He CAN NOT be with goats as he likes to bite their butts and that why he had to come to us originally! If you are interested in meeting him please call us at 208-245-7387. Adoption includes all vaccinations, worming, flea and ear mite treatment, spay/neuter and any medical treatment needed while staying with us, and they also come with a full check up from a veterinarian.
