To meet LaLa, visit the ICARE Shelter at 214 Circle Dr, Melbourne (next to the sheriff's office) on Saturdays from 9am to noon. To ensure a smooth adoption process, please complete an adoption application at www.icarearkansas.com/application at least 72 hours in advance.
