4 Little Paws is helping a Texas Animal Shelter by featuring a few wonderful dogs who have been patiently waiting to find their forever homes! Meet Lambert! A handsome and happy 6-month-old, 40 lb Anatolian Sheperd/Terrier mix puppy, who is always flashing a charming smile. His happy-go-lucky personality will bring abundant laughter and joy into your life! Lambert’s friendly demeanor and cheerful spirit will make for the best companion to accompany you through life’s journey. It’s impossible to watch his silly puppy antics without smiling. Although he seems close to being full-grown, he still hasn’t fully mastered balance and movement with those lanky legs. His adorable clumsiness, goofy facial expressions, and head-tilted smiles will fill you with joy and light the darkest of days. Not only is he great with people and kids, but he also gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and play styles! He’s always our go-to tester pup since we can always count on him to be a gentleman with the newbies. He hasn’t been around cats much but has been scared of the few he has met. In a home, he most likely would open up to a feline friend and want to play. He has a well-balanced personality with a mix of playfulness and relaxation! He enjoys running and playing with people and other dogs, splashing in the pool, and just being a silly puppy, but also knows how to enjoy a lazy afternoon napping near his people. Walks around the neighborhood will be pleasant and enjoyable since he is a gentleman on the leash! He would make for a great sidekick to accompany you on any dog-friendly adventure. Whether it’s a quick car ride, a pup cup at your favorite coffee shop, a trip to the lake, or a visit to a dog-friendly restaurant, Lambert is always eager and grateful for any time spent with his favorite people!
